Shipping Information
Upon placing your order, an order confirmation and receipt is automatically emailed to you confirming your purchase. All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt from our studio in New Hampshire, Monday through Friday. Overnight orders ship same day when received before 12pm, EST. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is shipped. We do not fulfill or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Please note orders may be cancelled at any time for insufficient stock, inability to process payment or any other reason deemed relevant by RedBliss at Home. On this rare occasion, you will be notified by email within 2-3 days.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship all orders via FedEx Home Delivery, Ground or Express. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.

  • Ground shipping takes 1 to 5 business days in transit within the contiguous United States; and 3–7 business days to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Expedited shipping is available for 2-Day or Standard Overnight deliveries excluding weekends and holidays. Orders must be received by 12pm EST Monday through Friday to ship same day (assuming all items are in stock). Expedited shipments to very remote areas may require additional shipping time.

International Shipping
Contact us at hello@redblissathome.com for international delivery options and costs. Please include a complete shipping address, the product number(s) with description and the quantity of the item you desire. We will reply with 48 hours with a shipping estimate. The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and customs charges. 

Backordered Items
We will ship backordered items when they become available. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the separate shipment of backordered items.

Custom Orders
To inquire about customizing our products for personal or large-scale use, please contact us at RedBliss Design, our custom design division. Minimums apply and pricing and delivery times will vary.

RedBliss at Home accepts returns up to 14 days from receipt of unused merchandise in its original packaging. Please send your order back to us and include your packing slip. We suggest using an insured and trackable method for returns as RedBliss at Home is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit. Once received, we will notify you via email and issue a refund for merchandise only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

You can rest assured that your information is secure when ordering from our site. All payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. Level 1 PCI compliant and 128 bit SSL encryption is used to ensure credit card data is safe and secure.
